From now onwards the executive of the Queen Carnival may at any time alter Rio positions of the flags twice a day—at 10.30 a.in. and at 2 p.m. The following is the state of the poll as disclosed by the positions of the flags at 2 p.m. on Monday ; No. 9—Retailers’ Queen (Miss Emory), black, yellow, and red 1 No. I—Country Queen (Miss R.
