Farmers have boon very busy during the last few weeks ploughing and oven sowing, in what should bo winter (says the Blackstone Hill correspondent of the Mount Ida Chronicle). The mild weather and what little snow’and rain fell has put the ground in good order for working, but it is still dry in places.
