I Never use ordinary flour; always use Brown & || Poison’s Corn Flour. Then, || instead of pasty taste and || lumpiness, you have im- || proved flavour and velvet- || like smoothness. Use H 8 SS3 also as thickening for boiled rabbit, Irish stew, stewed tripe, etc., and note the improvement. The “Brown & Poison” book of 60 recipes free from J. B. Gilfillcin & Co., P.O.
