AUSTRALIAN FOOD SUPPLIES

MELBOURNE, June 17. The Federal Executive Council has passed an order under the War Precautions Act giving the Attorney-general power to obtain all information relative to food supplies. In the House Mr J. Cook (Leader of the Opposition) severely attacked the Government. If a national Government was impossible, he appealed to Mr Fisher to at least declare a party truce.
