LONDON, May 28. Senhor Arriaga has resigned. [Senhor Arriaga was President before the revolution, of which he expressed his approval. He consented to hold office until the end of his term in August, but something has apparently happened to upset this arrangement.] [When Senhor Chagas was proceeding from Oporto to Lisbon to assume the duties of Premier ho was fired at and seriously wounded by Senator Treitas. The latter was shot and killed by a gendarme.]
