MEAT FOR EXPORT.

QUESTION OF PRICES. CHRISTCHURCH, May 31. The local committee representing thi meat producers and meat exporters which met to fix the price of meat after the recent conference in Christchurch laid down prices which were to remain in force until to-day. This meeting will take place on Thursday, and in all probability there will be a general rise in the price of meat.
