The Times Petrograd correspondent says that tho enemy is showing increased activity in the north. For conveying war supplies and long-range guns they are constructing a railway along the Baltic coast. The Russians are fighting stubbornly. They advanced from Mitau on the line of the Windau-Dubissa front for a distance of 66 miles, hurling back the Germans a tremendous distance and inflicting enormous losses.
