BRISBANE, November 13

At the hearing of the libel ease Denham Brothers versus the Queensland Daily Mail, the reporter who reported Mr Bowman’s speech gave evidence that the cause of his making a mistake ;n his reporting was the way in which Mr Bow tman spoke, and his misunderstanding Mr Bowman’s words.
