AFRICAN TERRITORY
LONDON, October 24.
It is officially stated that there is no truth whatever in the reported cession of Zanzibar to Germany, BERLIN, October 25.
It is stated that the Anglo-German negotiations relate mainly not to territorial changes, but to the division of certain parts of Africa so as to economise the spheres with a view to commercial penetration. • In this connection Angola is senii-offici-ally recommended as a suitable goal for intending colonists.
