BRISBANE, October 22.

At the third of the 1913-1914 series of wool sales competition was general, German and French buyers being the largest operators. Greasy sold up to 14jd per lb, scoured to 2s ll,d per lb. SYDNEY, October 27.

The wool sales were re-opened to-day. There was a strong demand and keen com petition at late rates.
