Commissioner Richards, speaking at « Salvation Army celebration at Wanganui, stated that he was at -present negotiating vfith the Prime Minister to arrange an extension of the Army’s emigration scheme to New Zealand, and if successful the first concern would be the bringing out of domestic helps and farm boys.
