Dunedin, to denote the approach and arrival of the English mail, via Melbourne and Bluff: RED FLAG. Mail will arrive at Dunedin to-day by fire! express from Invercargill. RED, WHITE, AND BLUE FLAG. Mail will arrive at Dunedin to-day by second express from Invercargill, and there will bo a counter delivery of Town and Suburban letters at the Chief Post Office between 8.80 p.m. and 9 p.m. BLUE FLAG. Mail Is expected to arrive at Dunedin in time for letter carriers' first delivery tomorrow.
