Mr I). W. M'Lean is just now treating daily at his Mount Hutt Dairy Factory the supply of milk from over 500 cows. His own herd is 300, and the balance belongs to neighbouring dairymen who send their supplies to the factory. Mr M'Loan has disposed of this season’s output of cheese at 6id per lb.
