ENGLISH MAIL SIGNALS. Tho following signals are hoisted at tho Chief Post Office, Dunedin, to denote tho approach and arrival of tho English mail, via Melbourne and Bluff; BED FLAG. Mail will arrive at Dunedin to-day by first express from Invercargill RED. WHITE, AND BLUE FLAG. Mail will arrive at Dunedin to-day by second express from Invercargill, and there will be a counter delivery of Town and Suburban letters at the Chief Poet Office between 8.30 p.m. and 9 p.m. BLUE FLAG. Mail is expected to arrive at Dunedin in time for letter carriers’ first delivery tomorrow.
