The Pall Mall Gazette states that tha New Zealand Shipping Company’s shares have risen to £2O. The market expect* an important shipping deal to be announced shortly, with a fresh issue of capital and giving shareholders a bonus. LONDON, September 10. In connection with the rumoured under* standing between the New Zealand Ship- i ping Co., the Royal Mail Steam Packet Co., and a third line the Financial Time* foreshadows an arrangement of sailing dates on a mutually agreeable basia, tha interchange of tickets, and other concessions facilitating the profitable working of the fleets.
