MEXICO CITY, September 12. The resignation is announced of Senor Rudolfo Reyes (Minister of Justice), owing to differences with General Huerta. It is generally believed that the Huertan regime is nearing its close. September 15. One hundred Americans have fallen into the hands of the rebels en route to Sallille. The authorities fear to send troops, being apprehensive of atrocities. EL PASO, September 15. Three hundred rebels were killed in a battle with the Federal troops at Chihuahua.
