PARIS, April 22. Two German officers, when biplaning, ran short of petrol. They landed at Arracourt (France), believing it to be Germany. The French Ambassador at Berlin has asked Germany to take steps to prevent these regrettable landings; The Genian biplane has been released. April 27. The Matin states that two Germans have been arrested at Nancy for striking a Deputy Prosecutor-general of France.
