ALLEGED BREAKING AND ENTERING.

GREYMOUTH, January 14. At the Magistrate's Court yesterday John Henry Naish and William Cowan M‘Neil were brought up on remand on a charge of breaking and, entering the premises of John Hoglund, storekeeper, Bealey Flat, and stealing therefrom the sum of £6 in cash on the 28th December. Both accused wore committed for trial at the next Supremo Court sitting to be held i" Groyraouth on the sth March next.
