Before Mr Justice Sira, in Chambers at Wellington on Thursday, Mr P. W. Jackson moved to have the divorce petition in Arthur Coningham v. Alice Coningham and Harry Andrews dismissed for want of prosecution, the petitioner having taken no steps to prosecute his petition since the action was commenced. His Honor made an order dismissing the petition as asked.
