Dunedin, to denote tha approach and arrival of the English mail, via Melbourne and Bluff: BED FLAG. Mail will arrive at Dunedin to-day by fire* express from Invercargill. RED, WHITE, AND BLUE FLAG. Mall will arrive at Dunedin to-day by second express from Invercargill, end there will bo a counter delivery of Town end Suburban letters at the Chief Post Office between 8.80 p.m. and 9 p.m. BLUE FLAG. Mail is expected to arrive at Dunedin in time for letter carriers' first delivery tomorrow.
