Special Condition*. 1. Winner of any race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 10lb, and of every additional race a further penalty of 61b. Horses handicapped at 8.10 or over, to carry only half the above penalties; or if he deems fit, the handicapper may increase the above penalties. Winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 10lb, nnd for ever}- additional race 61b extra. Horses handicapped at 10.7 or over to carry half the above penalties, or, if he deems fit, the handicapper may increase the above penalties. 2. All Entries and Acceptances must be addressed to the Secretary, and contain en'ranee money, name, description, rge, and} ped.'groe of horse, name of owner, colours of rider, and mm of trainer. 3. The Committee reserves the right to alter the date or time for the declaration of Weights, Nominations, or Acceptances as it may deem fit. 4. No jockey will be weighed out for a race unless the amount of his minimum fee an for a- losing mount has been previously paid to the Clerk of the Scales. 5. In entering horses the name and assumed name of the owner must be given; also the name of the trainer, the Conference having decided tha; the latter information must appear on race cards. 6.
