Plains Station. —Ranger Martin reported and recommended the granting: of the application.—Granted. Maoalis-ter Bros., on behalf of the MesaIburn Public IlaW Go. (Ltd.) wrote relative to obtaining a lease of section 1, blcck VII, South Mossburn township, at present leased with other eeotions to T. P. Dyer. —Surrender accepted, and lease is.-.ued for* residue of term. George K. Davis offered 10s per annum for a grazing ritrht over the Wairakt River bod, fronting sections 63 to 118, block I, Waiau district. —Granted right over land opposite sootions 116 to 118 at price offered. Arthur Gerrard applied under Section 237 of " The Land Act, 1908,"' for permission to surface-sow about 2000 acres of pastoral runs 394 and 416.—Board members to inspect. J. M'Namara offered £1 per acre for bush on section 17, block I, Alton distract, or would accept valuation if reasonable; area, 348 acres 3 roods 10 poles.—Timber to be offered at auction at upset of £585. David Neil applied to surrender lease of section 22. block XIX. town of Campbelltown, 1 rood. —Surrender accepted. J. R. Thomson and Pom applied for an adjustment of boundaries between pa.storal runs 419 and' 536. Stewart Island..— Boundaries to be adjusted accordingly. Thomas Gilray offered £1 per annum for o. grazing over Bench Island, 300 acres. —Granted. I W. Raymond and Co. applied for an extension of five to six months to cut timber on section 10, block 111. AHon district. —Granted six months. I. W. Raymond 'and Co. abandoned sawmill area 446, Alton district, and applied for a sawmill area of 100 acres of the reserve, the said 100 acres being- part of section 30, block 111, Alton district.—Now area granted.
