EXPRESSIONS OF LOYALTY. CALCUTTA, February 5. The ruling princes and chiefs, availing themselves of the conclusion of the Royal voyage, telegraphed a message to the British nation, expressing their attachment to the world-wide Empire, with whose destiny theirs was now indisaolubly linked. The message adds that their Majesties' visit to India has intensified the loyalty and devotion of the Indian people.
