In re Catherine Wilson (deceased). — for leave to distribute state (Mr Webb).— notices as suggested; question of commission referred to registrar. In re James Gordon (deceased). —Petition for leave to sell land, etc. (Mr Calvert). — Order in terms of prayer. Cook to Bishop (Mr D. Stewart).—Motion for extension of time for registering instrument.—Accordingly; usual order within f.even days.
