GIBRALTAR, January 31. The majority of their Majesties' engagements have been cancelled. The King has intimated his -wish that the Duke of Fife's death will not interfere with the reception at Plymouth and the London thanksgiving service on Tuesday. February 1. Their Majesties witnessed the trooping of the colours of the Staffordshire Regiment and march past. The Infante Don Carlos represented King Alfonso. The e.s. Medina has sailed with the King and Queen on board. LONDON, February 1. The Court will go into mourning for five weeks because of the death of the Duke of Fife.
