It, is stated that fairly large numbers of s] Kitted s.hacrs and blue pciwnuns are shot near Tavlor’s Mistake, between Sumner and the Godlfy Head lichthouse. The common black shapr is not protected by law, but both of the other birds named arc on the list of protected native birds.
