STEVENSON v. GRAY. LONDON, January 16. Stevenson attributes his defeat to his bad health. He is willing to bet Gray £IOO to £2OO on the third game. January 17. George Gray offers a wager of £3OO to Stevenson’s £2OO in connection with their third match. INMAN DEFEATS LINDRUM. LONDON, January 16. The scores in the match between Inman and Lindrum are as follow ; Inman 9330 Lindrum 6121 January 17. The scores in the billiard match between Inman and Lindrum are as follow : Inman 10,689 Lindrum 7,560 January 18. The scores in the billiard match between Inman and Lindrum are as follow : Inman 12,001 Lindrum 8,691 January 19. The scores in the billiard match between Inman and Lindrum are as follow ; Inman 13,334 Lindrum 9,262 The Council of Billiards Control Club has refused Stevenson’s re-entry for the championship. A match between Inman and Reece will be played during the last fortnight in March. Lindrum is rigidly adhering to an allround game, and is not attempting ha/nrd positions. January 20. The scores in the billiard match Inman v. Lindrum are now ; Inman 14,699 Lindrum 9,810 January 21. Inman won easily from Fred Lindrum. To-day he made breaks of 323 and rOO unfinished.
