TWO MEN REARRESTED

A witness who was examined at Loe Angeles at the trial of Conners, who is accused of a dynamite conspiracy, declared that he heard Conners say he intended blowing up the Hall of Records. January 13. Munsey and Johannson have been rearrested and charged on a Grand Jury indictment for conspiracy to bring to Los Angeles the dynamite intended for the destruction of the Times building. INDIANAPOLIS, January 11. Judge Anderson has ruled that Detective Burns was not guilty of the charge of kidnapping in connection with the removal of M'Namara to Los Angeles to stand his trial in connection with the Times dynamiting outrage.
