A NOISELESS BIPLANE. LONDON, January 3. A new military noiseless biplane,, while undergoing trials at Aldershot, attained a speed of 60 miles an hour. The propellers can be started by the pilot unaided. SCHOOL OF INSTRUCTION. SYDNEY, January 3. Mr Hart has opened an aviation school at Penrith. The Postmaster-general went for a flight to-day. TRANSATLANTIC FLIGHT. NEW YORK, January 6. Dr Paul Cans has made arrangements with the authorities at Washington for warships to accompany him on his proposed transatlantic flight from Europe. A MINOR ACCIDENT. SYDNEY, January 7. While carrying Major Rosenthal as a passenger, Hart, the aviator, collided with a telegraph post and fell. Both men were slightly injured, and the aeroplane was damaged.
