The following signals are hoisted *t Lh» Chief Post Office, 'Dunedin, to denote the approach and arrival of the English mail, via Melbourne and' Bluff: RED FLAG. Mail will arrive at Dunedin to-day by first express from Invercargill. RED, WHITE, AND BLUE FLAG. Mail will arrive at Dunedin to-day by second express from Invercargill, and there will be a counter delivery of Town and Suburban letters at the Chief Pest Office , between 8.30 p.m. and 9 p.m. BLUE FLAG.
