THE AMERICAN TARIFF
WASHINGTON, December 29. The revision of the iron and steel schedules will be the first tariff legislation after Congress is convened. It is understood that the Ways and Means Committee intends to postpone the wool schedule until every feature of the Tariff Board’s report on the subject has been thoroughly studied. In the meantime other tariff measures will be pressed.
