A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
HOBART, December 28. William Wheeler, a miner, was working in his race alone, when a big stone fell on him, pinning him by the legs. He was not discovered for six days, and during all that time water was passing over the lower portion of his body. He is expected to recover.
