AUCKLAND, December 28. At tho conclusion of the Inquiry into the death of John Alexander M’Ccnneil, who was killed in a motor car accident a few days ago, tho jury returned a verdict finding that the driver of the motor car (Rhodes Battye) had, by his negligent driving, ci.used the death of the deceased. At the conclusion of the inquest Battye was arrested on a charge of raanslaughter-
