ENGLISH MAIL SIGNALS: The following signals are hoistect «t lh« Chief Post Office, Dunedin, to denote the approach and arrival of the English mail, via Melbourne and Bluff: RED FLAG. Mail will arrive at Dunedin to-day by first express from Invercargill. RED, WHITE, AND BLUE FLAG. Mail will arrive at Dunedin to-day by second express from Invercargill, end there will be a counter delivery of Town and Suburban letters at the Chief Post Office between 8.30 p.m. and 9 p.m. BLUE FLAG..
