STOCKHOLM, December 11. The Nobel prizes (which are of about £BOOO each) were to-day presented to tho following : Chemistry.—Madame Curie, joint discoverer with her husband of radium. Physics. —Professor Wein. . Medicine.—Professor Gullstrand. Literature.— -M. Maeterlinck, who wai not able to be present owing to illness. Peace.—M. Asserl, a member of the Dutch Ministry, and M. Fried, editor of a Vienna paper.
