~ EXECUTORS' REMUNERATION. WELLINGTON, October 21. The Full Court was occupied with a case concerning the will of Allan M'Lean, late of Christchuroh, deceased, in which the executors (Messrs H. Cotterill, B. M. Molineux, and G. F. Gee) petitioned for remuneration for services under the will. Each executor was left £IOOO as allowance, but they declined to accept it o*a the ground that it was inadequate. The testator's estate was valued at £597,630, and if it had been administered bv the Public Trustee the latter would have received £7793. The executors, taking into consideration the allowance of £3OOO under the will, ajsked to be awarded £4-352. Decision was reserved.
