TOKIO, October 10. An extraordinary credit of £40,000,000, spread over seven years, will be asked for next session for the augmentation of the fleet. It is expected that the new proposals will include two super-Dread-noughts .annually, malting a total of 22 of these ships either ccmpleted or laid down by the year 1919.
