AUCKLAND, September' 29. The annual report of the South British Insurance Company states that the net revenue for the year was £388,266 14e Bd. The surplus in the revenue aocount was £58,672 3s 9d, and the credit to the profit and loss account £112,971 3s lOd, out of •which £40,000 is to be transferred to the reserve fund. The directors Tecommended the payment of a dividend of Is 9d ner | share for the half year, absorbing £17,500, ' and a, bonus to the staff of £6500, leaving ! £24,598 9s Id to carry to the new account.^
