Waley, of Picton, for having misrepresented the performances of certain Ayrshire Cattle purchased by me on his account, whereby much trouble and annoyance have been caused to him ; also to his agents, Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., and to the Committee of the Ayrshire Herd Book Society of Australia. ALSO, to Mr J. T. Burnip, of Goimadai. Victoria, for having misrepresented to Mr Waley the terms of purchase from, him of certain cattle for Mr Waley, and also for having stated that Coimodai had been quarantined far pi euro, and that numbers of cattle had died there from that disease, such statements being absolutely untrue end without any foundation in fact.
