WELLINGTON AUTUMN MEETING. First Day—Friday, April 28. The first day of tho Wellington Racing Club's autumn meeting was opened in fine, but doubtful weather. The recent rains made the going very heavy, and the times were consequently slow. The attendance suffered on account of the weather.
