FARMERS AND CREAMERIES.
AN UNUSUAL CASE. WOODVILLE, September 23. A case of more than ordinary interest to dairy farmers was partly heard at the Magistrate's Court to-day. The Hawke's Bay Dairy Company sued H. A. Rosenfeldt for £2O for a breach of agreement in not continuing to supply the creamery of the company with milk and going over to another company. Only evidence was taken here. The legal argument will be heard in Wellington.
