of land, and that all Crown lands should be opened up under this system; that the proposal to raise the age at which land can be applied for from 17 to 21 will have the effect of driving young men into the cities or compel them to look elsewhere for land; and that the lease-in-perpetuity holders should have the risrht to purchase at the original value, plus 1 per cent, difference between l.i.p. and o.r.
