EMIGRATION QUESTION
LONDON, June 8. Truth comments with approval on Sir W. J. Taverner’s statement that the action of outside bodies tends to defeat the immigration policies of the various States. The paper states that emigration societies are thorns in the flesh of the A gents-general, and ad vocates the Home Government organising an emigration policy through a Minister of Labour.
