PERTH, June 8. The resolutions adopted at the Labour Congress included the nationalisation of the medical profession and of chemists, the abolition of capital punishment, adult municipal suffrage, and the abolition of plural voting. MELBOURNE, June 9. The State Labour Congress adopted resolutions in favour of the abolition of capital punfehment and the establishment of a State bank by the removal of all existing restrictions from savings banks.
