The New Zealand Farmers' Co-operative Distributing Company (Limited) report as follows—Potatoes have advanced further during the week, and supplies are difficult to obtain. It is, however, quite possible that prioes may come back later, as we are inclined to think that the somewhat rapid advance during the last two weeks has induced farmers to pit their crop in anticipation of further rise. We do not think that the information to hand as to the quantity available warrants any further increase, and we are just now awaiting developments before securing our supplies of seed for the coming season. -Onions are still offering freely.
