OTTAWA, April 26. Mr Blond in (the Conservative member for Champlain), in a speech at Coteau Landing, advocated the formation 'of a French-Canadian party after the pattern of Mr Redmond's party at Westminster. He supported the naval policy of Mr F. D. Monk (the Leader of the Quebec Opposition), and believed that the suggested party would eventually hold the balance of power. LONDON, April 26. The Times' Toronto correspondent states that groups such as Mr Blondin suggests will be a probable development of Canadian politics in the near future.
