MURDER IN LONDON
LONDON, April 17.
Thomas Craig murdered a man named Henderson and wounded Mrs Henderson, his former sweetheart, who had married while Craig was serving seven years' imprisonment.
Craig escaped despite the fact that the murder was witnessed and was committed in a thickly-populated district. He was captured asleep in a hayloft with a loaded revolver in his pocket, after tramping for three weeks.
The police traced him through sundry small thefts of food.
