GRAND BLACK CHAPTER, AUCKLAND, March 26. The sixth annual -session of the Net* Zealand Provincial Grand Black Chapter! of Ireland was held yesterday. Delegates were present from different parts of the Dominion. . • The following officers were installed :—* Grand Provincial Master, Sir Knight G., Archer (Palmerston North); Grand Provincial Deputj Master, Sir Knight W. Little (Invercargill) ; Grand Provincial Chaplain, Rev. J. Olphert (Timaru);, Grand Deputy Chaplain, Sir. Knight Keay (Timaru)j Grand Pi'ovincial Registrar, Sir Knight W. Hunter (Palmerston North) ; Treasurer, Sir Knight J. Davidson (Hastings) ; Senior Grand Lecturer, Sir Knight Boardman (Auckland) ; Junior Grand Lecturer, 'Sir Knight Macfarlane (Dun* edin) ; Standard Bearers, Sir Knights A.Noble (Inveroaxgill) and F. Lemon (Canterbury) : - Grand Censors—first Sir Knight G. Hill (Canterbury), second Sir Knight Burt" (Auckland) ; Pursuivant, Sir Knight Burrows (Auckland) ; Foreman of Committees, Sir Knight Hay (Timaru) ;> Grand Committee—Sir Knights Weir (Auckland), Mussen (Hastings), Jacksort (Palmerston North), W. Lennon (Canterbury), Kay, sen. (Timaru)', and Step toe (Wellington) ; Inspector of Workings, Sir. Knight M'Meeking, P.G.M. (Dunedin). To-day the congress met in session. The proceedings were opened with thai reception of delegates by the Mayor (Mb Grey).
