I The*Property is situated two miles from ; jOwhiro Railway Siding and four miles from j Mosgiel. Allanton Post and. Telegraph i Office is distant only one mile. ! 1. KEITH HALL FARM consists of 615 acres 0 rood 08 poles, of which 90 acres arc hill land, the balance being ! about the richest alluvial land on the Taieri Plain. The flat, land is subdivided into ; six or more small paddocks, and one large paddock. All in permanent .pasture except some 24 acres in stubble and 11 acres in . mangels. . The' 90 acres on the hill are in grass. This block is divided into three paddocks, one of which is th&ts'known as ; Quarry Hill, containing about 20 acres. , The fences are hawthorn, gorse, posts and wire.
