HYDROPHOBIA VICTIMS

LONDON, March 27

Two men of the Norfolk Regiment quartered at Gibraltar were bitten by a mad dog last September, and taken to the Pasteur Institute in Paris, where one died'. This is the first fatal case in London for many years.
